Jennifer Ziegler is the author of Revenge of the Teacher’s Pets, the latest in her middle-grade Brewster Triplets series — which features three civic-minded history buffs who fight for what they believe in, even if it means stirring up a little mayhem. She is also the author of the YA novels Sass & Serendipity, a Jane Austen retelling, and How Not to Be Popular, a pick for the Lone Star Reading List and an International Reading Association’s Young Adults’ Choice. When she isn’t writing her own books, she’s mentoring writers or visiting schools, libraries, and universities to lead workshops for writers of all ages.
About Revenge of the Teacher’s Pets
The Triplets Are in a Class of Their Own!
The Brewster triplets have this whole school year figured out. They’ll share notes and books and help plan their big sister’s wedding (again!), and they’re all going to be on color guard. Smooth sailing through the seventh grade.
Only nothing goes right. They’re accidentally put on cheer squad instead of color guard. For the first time ever, the sisters are split into different classes – one of which Darby is failing because of her terrible participation grade. Meanwhile, Delaney finds a new passion and Dawn begins a crusade to fix what she feels is a shameful injustice at school.
Can the triplets take turns pretending to be Darby, plan a bridal shower for their beloved big sister, and stay out of the trouble Dawn keeps getting them into? And more importantly, can they do it without being split up for good?
